Academy Philosophy

All coaches will follow Our 'Academy Syllabus' which is designed to help challenge and develop young players technically, tactically, physically and mentally on their pathway to achieving their full potential.

All of our sessions are based on playing the EMC way; dominating possession, playing out from the back and at a quick tempo.

EMC Elite fixture list

With strong links to many Professional and Semi-Professional clubs, our Elite fixture list not only gives our players the chance to showcase their talent, but also gives them the chance to test themselves against some of the best players in the country. In the last 12 months we have played against: Chelsea, Man City, Crystal Palace, Leicester,  Millwall and many more!

Additional Training

Players already attached to grassroots clubs can join our Academy as well as continuing to play for their grassroots team. Our EMC Elite fixture list does not conflict with any club football, with most fixtures generally being mid-week.

Elite Club Football

Play as an Academy team every Saturday or Sunday in addition to our EMC Elite fixture list. Your EMC coach will take your mid-week training, and match days.
